Captive Food Experiment

I know that the title looks too weird. 😁 Well, I would like to share today's experience, where I was unable to find anything as I was stuck in some "high profile" hotel and I couldn't even find anything to cook and was damn hungry, with all the non-vegetarian options available for free around me. πŸ˜” Looks like being a pure vegetarian is a sin.

Finally I took another quick flight to Newcastle and was back home. πŸ›¬ Thanks to the immediately available flight, so my back was kinda saved. 😜 Yea, Sainsbury and Waitrose came to help me as I had got some fresh (not sure), at least not expired veggies from them. 😜

Tomato Rice? You name it! 😜

  • Kidney Beans
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Red Hot Chillies
  • Paprika Chillies

The funny part was those paprika chillies and red hot chillies can be easily eaten raw, without further "spicy"-ness. Not sure why it was so good, it's not even spicy! πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ The same preparation process took place and the result was great. It was better than the one that I did last week.

This was the preparation on the very same kadai. The beautiful aroma was really great. This is the starting piece!

Then after about half an hour or stir fry and some juicy tomatoes, kidney beans, and hot paprikas, I was able to make something like this.

And for the final touch, I transferred the healthy brown rice, par boiled, along with the hot mixture. The outcome was fantastic. Check these out:

And along with the original curry...

Sorry for my poor photography skills! 😜 Tell me your views in the comments below. Who knows, I might try something from the comments and give you a due credit too! πŸ˜‰ Until next time from now!
